Garments Process
CAD Section: The first stage in our production process is the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) section, where the pattern-making process begins. This section plays a crucial role in creating precise and accurate garment patterns, ensuring that each design is flawlessly translated into the fabric. Our advanced CAD systems allow for the development of complex patterns with high precision, optimizing material usage and reducing wastage. By leveraging cutting-edge software and technology, we can create detailed, customized patterns that align perfectly with our production needs, making the CAD section the backbone of the entire manufacturing process.
Cutting Section: The second stage of our production line is the cutting section, where the fabric is cut according to the patterns designed in the CAD section. Our cutting processes are highly automated, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. With the use of advanced auto cutter machines, we achieve precise cuts that minimize fabric waste and maintain the integrity of the design. This automation not only speeds up the cutting process but also enhances consistency, allowing for high volumes of fabric to be processed with precision.
Sewing Section: The next stage is the sewing section, which consists of two distinct steps. The first step involves various sewing machines that handle different stitching techniques. The second step focuses on specialized machinery for adding buttons and buttonholes, ensuring that the garment is fully assembled. Our dynamic Industrial Engineering team works relentlessly to innovate and refine the methods used in the sewing section, aiming to maximize productivity and efficiency. We use an array of advanced sewing equipment, including auto trimmers, lock stitch machines, button stitch machines, and auto button hole machines. To ensure our production lines remain flexible, our well-equipped training center continually produces multi-skilled sewing operators capable of handling any style. Throughout the sewing process, our quality monitoring team conducts rigorous and ongoing inspections to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.
Finishing Section: The final stage in the production line is the finishing section, where the garments undergo a series of processes to ensure they are ready for distribution. This includes removing loose threads, folding, and preparing garments for packaging by hanging them with hangers and placing them in poly bags. The finishing section is equipped with steam presses and vacuum tables, which provide a smooth and polished finish to each garment. Additional finishing machinery, such as needle detectors, thread blowers, strain removers, and carton box stripers, are used to ensure that each product meets the highest quality standards before it reaches the customer.
